This policy describes how the private Autotuned Vids YouTube Analytics application accesses and processes information obtained through Google's YouTube APIs.

Information accessed
With Google account authorization, the application uses only these read-only OAuth permissions:
youtube.readonly— view YouTube account and channel information.yt-analytics.readonly— view YouTube Analytics reports.yt-analytics-monetary.readonly— view monetary and non-monetary YouTube Analytics reports.
Depending on Google's availability, data accessed may include channel and video identifiers, titles, views, watch time, audience retention, subscribers, traffic sources, geography, and estimated revenue.
How the information is used
Authorized users request reports to understand channel performance, compare videos, and export reporting data. The application is not used to publish videos, change channel settings, post comments, or perform any other channel-management action. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising.
Storage and service providers
OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are maintained in protected application storage to enable the requested Google API connection. Analytics data is retrieved and processed to fulfill authorized report requests. Generated reports or downloaded files may be retained by their authorized recipients. Limited operational records may be retained as needed for security, troubleshooting, or service operation.
The private reporting application uses ChatGPT Sites infrastructure and official Google APIs. This public information site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each service may process information as described in its own applicable policies. This public information site itself does not display private channel analytics.
Sharing and access
Access to the private analytics application is restricted to authorized users. Data may be processed by the technical service providers necessary to operate the application and provide reports; it is not sold to outside parties.
Revoking access and data requests
The Google account owner can revoke the application's permission at any time in Google Account connections. For requests to disconnect the application or remove information held by the service, contact dukeandjonesautotunes@gmail.com. Requests will be handled by the application operator, subject to necessary security or legal retention requirements.
Updates
This policy may be updated if application functionality or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
